Santa-Claus-AOn the eve of the New Year, I’m glad to announce the inauguration of my personal website at KouroshZiabari.com. Ironically, the birth of KouroshZiabari.com comes on the heels of a successful attempt by a group of anti-Iran, Zionist-minded activists living in the United States who successfully removed my Wikipedia entry under the pretext that I’m not notable enough to have a Wikipedia entry! Albeit, reading their discussions on my entry’s talk page convinced me that their problem was my unconventional, contrary-to-mainstream viewpoints on the U.S. foreign policy, Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the anti-Iran sanctions, not the allegations on my “basic notability”. However, I’m glad that now I have my personal media outlet which helps me experience the real taste of freedom of speech, as opposed to the futile, alleged free speech promoted in the West, and should express my special thanksgiving to Mr. Javad Absalan and Ms. Gheibdoost, the designers of my website at the Onliner.ir web designing team who invested a lot of time on the graphic design and programming of the website.

In this website, you can find my interviews, articles and commentaries and can freely engage in discussions with the other visitors and express your viewpoints on what I write and how I see the world. Critical and challenging viewpoints are highly welcomed and your viewpoints will be published as long as they don’t include offensive remarks and derogatory statements. My policy in moderating the comments is zero tolerance for hate speech and denigrating of the religious beliefs. Otherwise, you’re invited to contribute with every kind of political affiliation or standpoint you may have.

In order to get acquainted with me and the long way I have come to be here, I invite you to read this brief introduction which gives you an insight on my journalistic background and some of my major works. In the interviews page, you can find my exclusive interviews with the world’s most renowned journalists, academicians, political scientists, sociologists, media personalities, journalists, politicians and scientists. In the articles page, you can read my op-eds and commentaries on the latest international developments. I’m trying to gradually republish all the interviews and articles which I’ve previously published on different English-language magazines, journals and news websites.

At the end, I would like to extend my sincerest greetings to all of you on the eve of the New Year and wish you a 2013 full of prosperity, success, glory and tranquility.

Merry Christmas!
